Role Overview
QA Tester for an AI agent governance platform. This is an entry-level to mid-level hands-on testing role focused on verifying product functionality and producing detailed quality reports. The role has a potential path to engineering after 60-90 days of strong performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Install enterprise VSIX builds on fresh machines and verify activation without errors
- Run semi-autonomous workflows (human-guided, AI-assisted) and document outcomes
- Verify fully autonomous workflows (AI-agent operated) and ensure pipeline completion
- Write precise quality reports including: what was tested, pass/fail results, exact reproduction steps, and failure impact analysis
- Create GitHub or Azure DevOps issues for every bug with clear acceptance criteria
- Record screencasts of test sessions for engineering team review
- Compare behavior across machines and operating systems for cross-platform testing

Requirements
