Role Overview
Python Developer position focused on AI code evaluation and training support for cutting-edge AI models. This is a flexible, hourly contract role with remote work.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices adherence
- Solve complex algorithmic challenges and develop high-quality Python solutions
- Provide clear, human-readable explanations for code logic and problem-solving strategies
- Identify and flag edge cases, bugs, or ambiguities in AI responses
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related technical field
- Deep expertise in Python, including modern frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and advanced language features
- 3-5+ years of professional experience writing production-level Python code
- Exceptional written communication skills to explain abstract technical concepts
Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, RLHF, or evaluation systems
Work Details
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week (flexible)
- Training support will be provided
