About the role

Role Overview

Python Developer position on an hourly contract basis supporting AI model development and evaluation. This is a remote role with flexible commitment (10-40 hours/week).

Key Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices
Solve complex algorithmic challenges and develop high-quality Python solutions
Provide clear, human-readable explanations for code logic and problem-solving strategies
Identify and flag edge cases, bugs, or ambiguities in AI responses

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical field
Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience writing production-level Python code
Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, including modern frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and advanced language features
Communication: Exceptional written communication skills to explain abstract technical concepts

Nice-to-Have

Prior experience with data annotation, RLHF, or evaluation systems

Training

Training support will be provided.
