Python Developer

Role Overview

Python Developer role supporting AI model development through code review and evaluation. This is a remote, hourly contract position with flexible commitment (10-40 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices
• Solve complex algorithmic challenges and develop high-quality Python solutions
• Provide clear, human-readable explanations for code logic and problem-solving strategies
• Identify and flag edge cases, bugs, or ambiguities in AI responses
• Training support will be provided

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical field
• Deep expertise in Python, including modern frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and advanced language features
• 3-5+ years of professional experience writing production-level Python code
• Exceptional written communication skills to explain abstract technical concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with data annotation, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), or evaluation systems
