Project Management Officer (PMO) & Correspondant(e) Sécurité Informatique (H/F)

Role Overview

Join Cofidis as a Project Management Officer (PMO) & Information Security Correspondent. You will be responsible for structuring, coordinating, and managing Cofidis France's project portfolio while serving in a strategic role as Information Security Correspondent for Cofidis IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Centralize and pilot the project roadmap, working closely with all stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with project processes and methodologies, contributing to France's project methodology in collaboration with Group PMOs
• Communicate effectively through reporting and contribute to informed decision-making by providing objective analysis of key issues
• Structure information clearly and produce high-value deliverables (summaries, studies, decision-support materials, relevant proposals)
• Lead and facilitate team dynamics through fluid, efficient meetings using participative facilitation techniques
• Act as a Cofidis ambassador, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and discretion

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 5 years (Bac+5) in IT, project management, engineering, or related field with clear connection to IT and digital tools
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally as a PMO and/or as an information security correspondent
• Proficiency in basic IT concepts (web technologies, networking, data, etc.) and comfort with IT-related subjects
• Professional-level English
• Ability to structure information clearly and create impactful deliverables
• Strong group facilitation and meeting management skills
• Collaborative spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality
