About the role

Role Overview

As a Product Sales Specialist for BigFix (IOS) solutions, you will drive new business growth and manage strategic customer relationships. You'll act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, working closely with sales teams to deliver tailored solutions for complex client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver impactful presentations and workshops to diverse audiences (developers, architects, IT managers, C-suite executives)
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to exceed customer acquisition and revenue targets
  • Serve as a deal coach or executive sponsor on key opportunities with strategic guidance
  • Collaborate with sales teams to craft customized, compelling proposals aligned with client objectives
  • Partner with internal support teams for seamless communication throughout the sales cycle
  • Enhance technical sales capabilities of HCL Software partners and drive BigFix adoption
  • Negotiate and present solutions to executive leadership at HCL and client organizations

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years in sales or pre-sales roles within enterprise software, preferably IT Operations
  • Proven success selling Enterprise IT Operations Management solutions
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives through consultative selling
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly for value-based solutions
  • Strong business acumen aligning HCL solutions to customer challenges
  • Track record generating new business and fostering long-term client relationships
  • Familiarity with competitive technologies: Ivanti, Tanium, ServiceNow, BMC, SCCM
  • Fluency in local language and English for regional customer collaboration
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC)
