Product Recruiter & Account Manager H/F [Full Remote Possible]

Role Overview

Join The Product Crew as a Product Recruiter & Account Manager. You'll be responsible for driving recruitment success from initial brief to closing, while building strategic partnerships with founders and leaders of French startups.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Management: Lead the full recruitment cycle from brief to closing, define and challenge client criteria, and develop search strategies to source top talent
• Client Management: Grow and manage a portfolio of startup/scale-up clients, challenge their needs, provide product/tech insights and strategic advice
• Talent Community: Nurture The Product Crew's talent network, identify relevant career opportunities, and create an exceptional candidate experience

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience
• Significant experience in successful recruitment at an agency (ideally startups/scale-ups) OR solid background in sales/business development/account management
• Performance-driven and results-oriented mindset
• Strong execution skills: organization, rigor, autonomy, time management
• Excellent interpersonal skills: active listening, nuanced stakeholder understanding
• Action-oriented with focus on continuous improvement and feedback culture
• Passion for the startup/tech ecosystem and understanding of its dynamics

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous experience recruiting for Product, Sales, or related roles
• Understanding of Product roles (PM, PO, PMM, Head of Product, Product Designer, Product Ops, CPO)
• Existing expertise or willingness to rapidly develop expertise in Product/Tech
