About the role

Role Overview

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for solving digital challenges for our customers and developing finstreet's own products. You will work collaboratively with customers, experienced Product Owners, and consultants to create concrete product strategies and well-founded product backlogs.

Key Responsibilities

Create products and solutions together with customers and develop product strategy with your team
Answer requirements and write clear specifications to create customer-centric, scalable solutions
Lead a team of developers and UI/UX experts to achieve efficient and goal-oriented implementation in an agile environment
Support technical quality assurance and acceptance of development results
Develop your own ideas while considering all aspects and needs of your project/product

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/Technology focus such as Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with IT specialization, or similar
Practical experience from internships and/or student positions in agile project management, software development, and/or IT consulting
Analytical and conceptual strengths with creativity
Independent and solution-oriented mindset; comfortable with UX prototypes, user stories, and technical discussions
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate clearly across teams, projects, and platforms
Fluent German and English
