Product Owner

Role Overview

Norstella seeks a Technical Product Owner with Market Access background to drive development and success of innovative internal platforms and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of products that help solve market access challenges in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on business value, customer needs, and market trends
• Define, refine, and communicate product vision, goals, and user stories to development teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with development team to translate requirements into actionable tasks and ensure timely delivery
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, address concerns, and ensure alignment on product strategy and roadmap
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
• Serve as primary point of contact for platform-related questions, issues, and updates
• Maintain deep understanding of market, industry regulations, and market access challenges
• Collaborate with UX/UI design team to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all organizational levels

Requirements

• Background in Market Access
• Technical Product Owner experience
