Product Owner (ERP)

Role Overview

Mid-level Product Owner for ERP systems at a fast-growing SaaS company. This role offers ownership over business-critical product modules with exposure to enterprise clients and clear growth opportunities into senior PO or cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of product modules from discovery through delivery and iteration
• Write clear, structured user stories with comprehensive edge cases and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with QA, Dev, and Integration teams to drive sprint delivery and module completion
• Handle stakeholder alignment with both internal and external (enterprise) partners
• Understand and document system dependencies and data flows across modules (jobs, assets, delivery notes, checklists)
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), collect feedback, and iterate on product behavior accordingly

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner in ERP systems
• Proven track record of owning and successfully delivering functional modules
• Strong logical thinking, curiosity, and meticulous attention to edge cases
• Ability to work independently with high accountability
• Experience working with development and QA teams, writing technical specifications, and managing grooming sessions

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with integration, workflow logic, or business rules
• Exposure to SAP, Field Service Management tools, or report templating logic
