Product Owner, AI & Agentforce Delivery

Role Overview

Manage overall delivery of targeted Agentforce delivery projects, serving as both product owner and project manager for customer-facing AI implementations and internal strategic initiatives. Act as a thought leader and primary point of contact for critical customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Leadership & Strategy: Act as a thought leader guiding customers and internal teams in defining use cases, business outcomes, and solution direction
• Project Transition & Onboarding: Smoothly transition customers from sales to delivery by reviewing SOWs, defining project roles and responsibilities, and facilitating project kickoff and client onboarding
• Project Management: Plan, monitor, and manage project financials, scope, and schedule to keep assigned client projects on track
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary day-to-day point of contact for clients; build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Team Leadership: Manage NeuraFlash project team members in solution delivery; facilitate or co-lead regular status meetings with project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders
• Solution Outcomes: Document and measure outcomes for live solutions prior to project closeout
• Internal Innovation: Drive and participate in Agentforce Division initiatives to foster innovation and efficiencies through development of reusable assets and solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a delivery leader overseeing AI-related implementation of business solutions on Salesforce or AWS platforms across all project delivery phases
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
