About the role

Role Overview

Join Assembled as a Product Manager to grow our market-leading workforce management product and expand into critical new use cases like capacity planning. You'll work on hard forecasting math, AI-powered workflow automation, and scheduling solutions for thousands of people across enterprise support operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Discovery: Work with prospects and customers to deeply understand problems and needs through research, interviews, feedback analysis, and usage data.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to design and deliver impactful solutions. Provide clear requirements, prioritize features, and remove blockers.
  • Vision & Strategy: Evangelize the product vision and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders. Communicate the "why" behind key decisions and rally teams around product strategy.
  • Experimentation: Foster a culture of experimentation and iteration. Design tests to validate new features, measure impact and adoption, and incorporate learnings.
  • Metrics & Performance: Drive product performance and key metrics. Report insights to leadership and cross-functional teams. Craft strategies to drive adoption and customer value.
  • Quality: Champion high product quality standards for usability, visual design, and relevance to complex user workflows.
  • Culture: Foster a fast-paced, growth-minded, empathetic culture that thrives in ambiguity and change.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of product management experience in fast-growing tech environments
  • Enterprise SaaS experience strongly preferred
  • Collaborative style with track record of building strong partnerships and trust

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with workforce management, scheduling, or operations products
  • Background in AI/ML product applications
  • Experience managing complex, data-driven products
