Product Manager, Product Innovation

Role Overview

The Product Manager – Product Innovation will drive experimentation and innovation across the Wordwall platform, leading the development of new user experiences and capabilities that shape how educators create content and students engage with learning.

Key Responsibilities

Discovery

• Identify and validate new opportunities to enhance how educators and students interact with the platform
• Lead 0→1 product discovery, defining problems and opportunities where solutions aren't yet clear
• Use data insights, user research, and rapid experimentation to shape hypotheses and uncover high-impact ideas
• Collaborate with design and engineering partners to rapidly prototype and test new concepts
• Frame product bets that combine educational value, technical innovation, and strategic potential

Execution

• Drive end-to-end product development for early-stage ideas, from initial concept through to first release
• Translate ambiguous ideas into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics
• Partner closely with engineers to ensure technical feasibility and architectural scalability
• Facilitate rapid iteration and user testing to validate and refine features
