Product Manager (m/w/d)

Role Overview

As a Product Manager at Olmatic, you will actively shape innovative products, recognize market opportunities early, and ensure the company builds solutions that meet customer needs in the energy transition space.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating Impactful Products: Translate customer needs and market analyses into clear product goals, defining innovative features with tangible value
• Strategy & Prioritization: Own the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure product-market fit through continuous customer feedback and market research
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI design, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, identify competitive advantages, and develop strategies for differentiation and positioning

Requirements

• Experience in product management of digital or technical products, ideally in software, SaaS, or renewable energy sectors
• Proven ability to translate complex customer requirements into clear user stories and precise product specifications
• Familiarity with agile methods and tools such as Jira or Notion
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and high customer orientation
• Excellent communication skills, proactive initiative, and pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
