Product Manager Growth

Role Overview

You'll be the Product Manager for 12Go Asia's marketing technology stack—the infrastructure connecting the platform to channels where travelers discover the company. This is a technical PM role at the intersection of product, engineering, and marketing. You won't run campaigns yourself; you'll build and improve the products and systems that make campaigns possible, measurable, and scalable.

Core Responsibilities

Paid Acquisition & Mobile Integrations

• Manage integrations with Google Ads and other ad platforms using APIs and Tag Manager
• Own internal campaign management infrastructure to scale across markets
• Drive mobile growth initiatives (App campaigns, AppsFlyer, Firebase)
• Build and maintain attribution systems (Web to App, affiliate tracking, UTMs)

Technical SEO

• Oversee core SEO infrastructure: sitemaps, indexing, robots.txt, meta tags, redirects, URL structure
• Partner with SEO and content teams to manage content delivery at scale
• Work with SEO tools such as Google Search Console and Semrush

LLM Discovery (AI)

• Build strategy for visibility in AI/LLM platforms
• Develop integrations to distribute inventory to AI ecosystems

General PM Duties

• Own backlogs, write specs, and drive sprints

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management or MarTech experience
• Proven experience in growth and performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and attribution systems
• Mobile measurement and ATT (App Tracking Transparency) experience
• Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with marketing tools, consent/privacy, and affiliate systems
• Exposure to LLM/AI discovery
• Marketplace, e-commerce, or OTA background
