Product Manager for Dating App

Role Overview

As Product Manager for a new dating app, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond, working with cross-functional teams including design, development, and marketing to create a compelling product that resonates with users.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Strategy: Establish a clear product vision and create a strategic roadmap for the dating app
• Feature Prioritization: Identify and prioritize features based on user feedback, market research, and business objectives
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful execution
• Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and research market trends to inform product decisions and identify differentiation opportunities
• User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to continuously improve the product
• Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure app success and drive data-informed decisions

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in product management, preferably in mobile apps or consumer technology
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Passion for user-centered design and understanding of UI/UX principles
