Product Manager – Fiscalité (hors TVA)

Role Overview

As Product Manager for Fiscalité (excluding VAT), you will manage the tax declaration perimeter, specifically the fiscal return (liasse fiscale hors TVA). You'll collaborate closely with technical teams and end users to create, deliver, and drive adoption of useful, reliable, and user-friendly solutions in a rapidly transforming market.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and align the product vision and company strategy, translating it at the feature team level
• Conduct continuous discovery with internal stakeholders and users to identify and prioritize real problems to solve
• Drive backlog prioritization and ensure consistency with the product roadmap
• Co-build solutions with developers through iterative development and MVP approaches
• Monitor feature success through usage metrics, adoption rates, and user satisfaction
• Bridge technical constraints, business objectives, and user experience requirements

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS contexts with complex decision cycles and significant business impact
• Comfort in agile, collaborative environments with continuous delivery orientation
• Proven experience leading structured product discovery and leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data
• Experience managing product backlogs in collaboration with technical and business teams
• Ability to balance precision, compliance, and reliability in sensitive business contexts
• Accounting knowledge or strong interest in fiscal and regulatory environments
• Capacity to understand detailed business requirements and translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
