Role Overview

Join a fast-growing EdTech AI company as a Product Manager to solve student learning challenges and drive product impact at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• User Behavior Analysis: Analyze user behaviors to identify retention factors and design engagement mechanics
• User Research: Conduct in-depth user research to understand pain points of middle and high school students and advocate for their needs internally
• Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on strategic vision and data; pilot the development cycle end-to-end
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Apply a scientific approach to validate product iterations and improvements
• Product Leadership: Drive product strategy and oversee development from conception to deployment

Requirements

• Experience: 1-5 years in Product Management, preferably on a fast-growing mobile B2C product
• Analytics Mastery: Proficient with analysis tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.) and able to derive actionable insights from data
• Product Sense: Exceptional instinct for user experience and engagement mechanics
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable with uncertainty during scaling phases and solution-oriented
• Passion for Education: Motivated to make a real impact on the academic success of millions of students globally
