About the role

Role Overview

Product Manager, AI reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer in a hands-on startup environment. This role blends product leadership, operational execution, and strategic support, emphasizing rapid iteration and scalable systems in a 0→1 product building context.

Key Responsibilities

Shape product roadmaps and user stories, prioritizing features for seamless experiences and market validation
Partner with engineering and design teams in fast sprints to prototype, test, and deploy AI capabilities
Record screencasts and product videos to showcase functionality and drive adoption
Own product marketing facets including messaging, demos, and materials that communicate product value
Collect user feedback, run market research, and analyze metrics to refine backlogs and improve retention
Build onboarding guides, training resources, and playbooks for product usage, operations, and recruitment
Shadow customer interactions, synthesize insights, and align C-level leadership on priorities and dashboards

Required Skills & Experience

Analytical builder who spots data patterns and translates them into product decisions and playbooks
Entrepreneurial operator thriving in ambiguity, prototyping like a founder while coordinating cross-functionally
Hands-on creator skilled in video tools, design (Canva), SQL analytics, and productivity stacks (Asana, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot)
Ability to "vibe-code" prototypes for engineers and design teams
Deep ownership of outcomes
Clear communicator for stakeholder syncs, executive updates, and client-facing content

Preferred Skills & Experience

Startup or consulting background in product/operations
Familiarity with 0→1 product launches
Proven playbook-building for onboarding, recruitment, or growth systems
UI/UX experience or interest
AI or software engineering background or interest
