About the role
Role Overview
Assembled is seeking a Product Manager to join their team and help drive innovation in AI-powered customer support. You'll be responsible for articulating key problems to solve that delight customers and grow the business, working at the intersection of rapidly evolving AI models, rich data, and strong user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Discovery: Work with prospects and customers to deeply understand problems and needs through research, interviews, and analysis of feedback and usage data
- Product Development: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to design and deliver impactful solutions with clear requirements, direction, and feature prioritization
- Vision & Strategy: Evangelize the product vision and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders, sharing the rationale behind key decisions
- Experimentation: Foster a culture of testing and validation, measuring impact and adoption, and incorporating learnings
- Performance Management: Drive product performance and key metrics, reporting insights to leadership and crafting adoption strategies
- Quality Assurance: Champion high product quality standards for usability, visual design, and relevance to complex workflows
- Culture Building: Foster a fast-paced, growth-minded, empathetic culture that thrives in ambiguity and change
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience in fast-growing tech environments
- Enterprise SaaS experience strongly preferred
- Passion for AI with experience as a deep user and/or professional work in the space
- Collaborative style with a track record of building strong partnerships and trust across functions
- Demonstrated ability to lead and ship complex, impactful products
Nice-to-Haves
- Background in customer support, customer success, or related domains
- Experience working with highly collaborative, hat-wearing teams
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and help shape culture proactively
