Product Designer

Role Overview

Own the product design function and take responsibility for UI and UX direction across TimeZest. You'll shape how the design system and component library evolve as the product grows, working closely with product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product design function and UI/UX direction of TimeZest
• Evolve the design system and component library for consistency and scalability
• Design end-to-end user experiences from discovery and wireframes through high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering on feature development
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs
• Shape AI-enhanced experiences and intelligent workflows
• Maintain well-organized Figma files for seamless engineering handoff

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design and thoughtful UX solutions
• Deep expertise with Figma (component libraries, auto-layout, design tokens)
• Experience with prototyping tools (Figma, Framer, Principle, or similar)
• Track record of building and maintaining design systems
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for remote, async-friendly teams

Nice to Have

• Frontend development skills (HTML, CSS, React)
• Ability to prototype in code or collaborate deeply with engineers
• Experience using LLMs to turn designs into code or enhance design workflow
