Overview

Join Hone's Products & Integrations team as a Product Designer to own the end-to-end experience of discovering, researching, purchasing, and completing additional diagnostics and treatments. You'll report directly to the Head of Product Design and partner with design, product management, engineering, clinical, and marketing teams to improve patient experiences and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Work strategically with product management, engineering, and design leadership to define and design the product experience within the patient portal/application
• Explore divergent concepts and build iteratively towards your vision, balancing innovation, usability, and accessibility
• Execute the full design process: user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Create outstanding marketing assets including custom images, iconography, and product renderings
• Provide creative and art direction to external partners (photographers, videographers, etc.)
• Advocate for design decisions by presenting cross-functionally to senior stakeholders and leadership
• Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design thinking exercises

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in consumer product design within an agile product team environment
• Portfolio showcasing outstanding design for consumer products, e-commerce, and marketing websites with strong attention to detail
• Experience designing world-class e-commerce and marketing experiences
• Strong eye for design and genuine care for craft
• Excellence at crafting bespoke marketing assets (product images, renderings, graphics)
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution across user flows, screens, and UI states
• Collaborative mindset with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers
• Strong ability to translate complex information into intuitive, elegant, and delightful interfaces
• Personal interest in preventative health and longevity
