Product Designer (m/f/x)

Role Overview

Join K15t's Scroll Documents team as a Product Designer to shape the future of our content management apps. You'll define the vision for the next major version while working in cross-functional, self-organized product teams to create modern and streamlined user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • User Research & Insights: Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities; translate insights into actionable design solutions
  • UX/UI Design: Design and refine the user experience across Scroll Documents, ensuring cohesive and intuitive user journeys
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure seamless implementation, balancing technical feasibility with user needs
  • Design Systems & Processes: Establish and improve UX and design processes, driving best practices for usability and accessibility
  • Design Leadership: Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of growth and shared learning
  • Team Alignment: Collaborate with Product Designers from other teams to ensure well-integrated solutions and consistent customer experience

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role
  • Proven ability to conduct user research and apply insights to drive design decisions
  • Experience creating design deliverables (prototypes, design systems, UI, visual design)
  • Demonstrated mentoring, coaching, or leadership experience with other designers
  • Data-informed mindset, using qualitative and quantitative data to guide improvements
  • Strong communication skills, effectively presenting design concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with developers and product managers
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Atlassian tools and the Atlassian Design System (ADS)
