Product Designer - Learning Experience

Role Overview

Join Wooclap as a Product Designer focused on enhancing the learning experience and pedagogical value of our platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct user research, and drive our visual identity forward in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create impactful and engaging solutions using user research, sketching, and prototyping
• Contribute to project definition and problem formulation leveraging your design expertise
• Validate and improve designs through user testing and hypothesis challenging
• Conduct user research and leverage data to inform design decisions
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and customer success teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a SaaS environment
• Strong UI/UX skills with sensitivity to experience quality and emphasis on interaction design
• Analytical skills and ability to conduct user research
• Interest/expertise in EdTech, learning mechanisms, and education field
• Collaborative approach and remote-first work mindset
• Proficiency in English and French
