Product Designer (Formless)

Role Overview

As a Product Designer for Formless, you will help expand agent-driven products (Sales Agent and Research Agent) by designing clear, trustworthy, and scalable experiences. You'll work on turning emerging AI agent concepts into dependable experiences while shaping design foundations for future use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design clear and trustworthy agent experiences across Sales and Research qualification use cases
• Partner closely with a Senior Product Designer to align on intent and establish shared patterns
• Own execution from specifications through prototyping and design reviews
• Keep product managers and engineers aligned on scope and feasibility
• Systemize journeys and interaction patterns as the product scales into new scenarios
• Identify and harden edge cases to ensure reliable and predictable experiences
• Use and contribute to the Echo design system for scalable and accessible patterns
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
• Present design decisions and rationale clearly to diverse stakeholders

Required Experience

• 5+ years of digital product design experience
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Specialization in zero-to-one product development, not just feature improvements
• Proficiency across the full design process from discovery through execution
• Strong visual and interaction design skills focused on clarity and usability
• Hands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, and iterating on feedback
• Experience designing AI-based or adaptive products
• Experience working with design systems and contributing new patterns
• Proven experience designing SaaS products, ideally for marketer-focused tools
• Strong portfolio with clear, well-structured case studies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English

• Experience working in the Customer Management System (CMS) space
