About the role
Role Overview
As a Product Designer at Experian, you'll shape user-centered digital experiences for consumer-facing web and mobile financial wellness and identity protection products, as well as developer tools. You'll report to the Sr. Director, Product Design and collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Analysts, and Marketers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale UX projects, improving design processes and delivering high-quality experiences through team collaboration and feedback
- Design across web and mobile platforms to ensure consistency, engagement, and usability across Experian's digital services
- Partner with teams to define product requirements and align design strategies with organizational goals
- Create user-centered design assets including journeys, wireframes, and prototypes informed by research, usability testing, and iterative feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in UX, Visual Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI and digital product design with a responsive design portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma and Jira
- Experience with modern design tools and design systems
- Strong background working in Agile environments
