Role Overview
Join a fast-growing EdTech startup as a Product Designer responsible for the visual and functional experience of the application. You'll transform complex problems into intuitive user journeys, design modern and engaging interfaces, create interactive prototypes, and collaborate closely with engineers and the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform complex problems and user insights into smooth, intuitive user journeys
- Design modern and engaging interfaces that resonate with Gen Z audiences
- Master visual codes and aesthetics tailored to your target audience
- Collaborate with engineers and marketing teams to ensure faithful implementation of designs
- Conduct user research and validate designs through real-world testing
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in Product Design (UX/UI), preferably on B2C mobile applications
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Strong user-centric mindset—design with the end user always in mind
- Excellent aesthetic sensitivity and understanding that design is a core feature
- Ability to validate designs through user research and real-world feedback
Nice-to-Haves
- Expertise in prototyping and animation (motion design)
- Portfolio demonstrating mobile app design work
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
