Product Designer

Role Overview

Help train and improve cutting-edge AI models by assessing and enhancing how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work. You'll use your design expertise to evaluate AI outputs, provide detailed feedback, and refine the model's understanding of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
• Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
• Provide detailed feedback on interface design, layouts, visuals, and user experiences

Project Types

After initial qualification, you'll have access to:

• General AI training projects ($20+/hr)
• Design-specific projects ($40+/hr) focusing on UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation, including presentations and creative deliverables

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Based in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor's degree

Work Arrangement

• Full-time or part-time remote
