Product Designer Confirmé(e) - Fintech B2B SaaS

Role Overview

N2JSoft is seeking a Product Designer to join their Product team alongside Fanny, the Lead Product Designer. You will contribute to the evolution of their expense management platform into a comprehensive accounting suite (payment cards, invoice management, etc.). As a Full-Stack Product Designer, you are the voice of the user and a key driver of product excellence in a B2B Fintech environment.

Responsibilities

Research & User Strategy

• Understand B2B client usage and needs through qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, tests, surveys)
• Leverage product data (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar) to guide decisions, measure performance, and identify high-impact opportunities
• Synthesize insights to frame problems in close collaboration with the Product Manager and Lead Product Designer

Multi-Platform UX/UI Design

• Design user journeys, user flows, and wireframes tailored to complex B2B financial logic
• Create high-fidelity UI mockups consistent with product identity across all platforms
• Ensure seamless experience on responsive web (desktop/tablet) and native mobile (iOS/Android)

Quality, Systems & Collaboration

• Implement accessibility best practices (RGAA/WCAG) from the start of design
• Actively contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the design system
• Document and justify design decisions in a structured, factual manner
• Rapidly prototype using Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping)
• Collaborate daily with Tech and Product teams (Design QA, feasibility, Agile delivery)

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in product design on B2B SaaS products with strong end-to-end project ownership
• Expertise: Complete mastery of UX/UI cycle from discovery to delivery
• Mindset: Pragmatic, solution-focused, balancing impact over theoretical perfection; comfortable with real-world constraints (users, technical, timeline, business)
• Complexity: Comfortable designing rich, structured business interfaces
• Analytics: Ability to interpret and combine qualitative and quantitative data (interviews, observations, metrics) to drive design decisions
• Tools: Expert-level Figma proficiency (design systems, components, collaboration)
• Methodology: Autonomous, impact-oriented, comfortable with research and data-driven approaches
• Multi-Platform: Proven experience with responsive web and native mobile design
• Soft Skills: Excellent communicator, critical thinking, rigorous documentation, ability to defend design choices
• Values: Attention to detail, accessibility focus, desire to build impactful products
• Languages: Fluent French and professional English
