Role Overview
Join Filigran as a Principal Software Engineer for the XTM Integration team. You will define technical principles, engage with the open-source community, contribute to the XTM Foundation, and write production code.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own technical principles for the XTM Integration team, including architecture patterns, code quality standards, and CI/CD practices
- Serve as a technical reference in Filigran's open-source integration ecosystem, ensuring the connector framework and all published integrations are exemplary
- Actively participate in the XTM Foundation as a full member, contributing to shared engineering principles and tool decisions
- Collaborate with the VP of Technology, XTM Integration engineering team, and the open-source community
- Write and maintain production code
Team & Collaboration
- Work closely with the VP of Technology
- Lead and mentor the XTM Integration engineering team
- Engage with the broader open-source community
