Role Overview
Principal Product Manager for PointClickCare's Health Data Platform. This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining strategy, owning roadmaps, and driving execution of the data platform that supports analytics, AI/ML, and care delivery across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive long-term strategy for a unified health data platform supporting clinical, operational, and product use cases
- Collaborate to define architecture for ingesting and processing billions of patient data points across diverse systems (EHRs, claims, labs, devices, third-party APIs)
- Lead platform initiatives that improve data completeness, lineage, governance, and quality
- Partner with product teams to enable analytics and AI capabilities
- Represent customer and healthcare provider needs internally and externally
- Work cross-functionally with architecture, engineering, data science, clinical, compliance, and infrastructure teams
Required Experience
- Extensive knowledge and experience with health data and its uses
- Deep expertise in data pipelines and governance
- Track record of building sophisticated solutions from discovery through implementation to delivery
- Strong ability to turn complex technical challenges into actionable platform strategy
- Collaborative approach to cross-functional leadership
Travel Expectations
- For remote roles: Travel required to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City offices for onboarding, team events, and semi-annual/annual meetings
- For hybrid roles: Must reside within commutable distance to specified office location with weekly/bi-weekly/monthly in-office expectations
