About the role

Role Overview

As Principal Product Manager for the "AI Factory," you'll own the product capabilities that streamline the model development lifecycle—from developing and training models to deploying and monitoring AI systems. You'll define and execute the next chapter of Domino's platform, driving strategy and vision to help customers build, deploy, and manage cutting-edge AI systems with greater ease and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy for the AI Factory, advancing the platform's MLOps capabilities
Lead the development of next-generation MLOps features to keep Domino at the forefront of the industry
Advance the novel Governance feature set, integrating model validation and review into the development lifecycle
Drive breakthrough innovations (e.g., automated model documentation) and modern implementations of industry requirements (e.g., attestation, periodic revalidation)
Evolve the platform to better support Generative AI models and advanced AI systems
Expand and enhance MLOps capabilities to streamline customer AI workflows
Increase platform integration and coherence, accelerating time from inception to production

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software for data scientists, ML/AI engineers, or quantitative researchers
Deep expertise in DS/AI workflows and ecosystems with comprehensive understanding of modern ML/AI tools, platforms, and methodologies
Strategic thinker with commercial acumen; ability to align product strategies with customer needs and market trends
Strong technical proficiency with background in computer science or related field; comfortable working with engineers on technical trade-offs
High standards for product quality with strong sense of design and user experience
Enterprise customer intuition and strong communication skills
Deeply engaged in the AI/ML ecosystem; comfortable speaking at conferences and contributing to community discussions
