Role Overview
Provide first-line support for standard and low complexity networking incidents and service requests as part of the Networking Managed Services team. Work closely with the NOC (Network Operations Center) team to resolve technical incidents and maintain client IT infrastructure operational status.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor client infrastructure and solutions, identifying issues and escalating as needed
- Resolve standard and low complexity incidents following established procedures
- Identify common incident patterns and opportunities for prevention
- Fulfill approved service requests in accordance with agreed procedures
- Provide telephonic and chat support to clients
- Execute approved maintenance activities
- Follow handover procedures during shift changes
- Collaborate with NOC team members to ensure timely incident resolution
Requirements
- Entry-level networking knowledge and support experience
- Ability to work with standard and low complexity technical issues
- Strong communication skills for client-facing support (phone and chat)
- Ability to follow established procedures and processes
- Availability for shift-based work with handover responsibilities
