Mobile Application Developer (Android)

Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation's coding team as a Mobile Application Developer specializing in Android development. You'll work on diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, with the flexibility to choose projects and set your own schedule. Work can be done alongside a full-time role or as a primary focus.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve diverse coding problems with emphasis on Android development
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
• Provide feedback to shape the next generation of AI models

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Kotlin
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer

Work Environment

• Fully remote: work from US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand
• Flexible schedule: choose projects and when to work
• Hourly compensation: $50+ USD per hour, with opportunities for higher-paying projects based on performance
• Payment method: PayPal (handles currency conversions from USD)
