ML Engineer

Role Overview

Join our team as an ML Engineer to design and develop Machine Learning and Deep Learning models. You'll be responsible for end-to-end model development from conception through production deployment, including data collection, preparation, industrialization, quality validation, and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities

• Define AI use cases in collaboration with the product team
• Design, train, and evaluate Machine Learning and Deep Learning models
• Identify relevant data sources and build robust, automated data pipelines (ETL)
• Deploy models via APIs, integrate them into the platform, and optimize performance
• Validate and test models rigorously to ensure quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and transfer knowledge

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science
• Strong expertise in Machine Learning (supervised, unsupervised) and Deep Learning
• Proficiency in Python and its libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience with relational databases (SQL) and handling large datasets
• Rigorous approach to validation and testing of models
• Product-oriented mindset with focus on real-world impact

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in fraud detection or predictive maintenance
• Knowledge of Computer Vision or NLP techniques for document analysis
• Experience deploying models to production (APIs, CI/CD, MLOps)
• Understanding of scalability, performance, and cost considerations in production AI
