About the role
Role Overview
Join our team as an ML Engineer to design and develop Machine Learning and Deep Learning models. You'll be responsible for end-to-end model development from conception through production deployment, including data collection, preparation, industrialization, quality validation, and knowledge transfer.
Key Responsibilities
- Define AI use cases in collaboration with the product team
- Design, train, and evaluate Machine Learning and Deep Learning models
- Identify relevant data sources and build robust, automated data pipelines (ETL)
- Deploy models via APIs, integrate them into the platform, and optimize performance
- Validate and test models rigorously to ensure quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and transfer knowledge
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science
- Strong expertise in Machine Learning (supervised, unsupervised) and Deep Learning
- Proficiency in Python and its libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and handling large datasets
- Rigorous approach to validation and testing of models
- Product-oriented mindset with focus on real-world impact
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in fraud detection or predictive maintenance
- Knowledge of Computer Vision or NLP techniques for document analysis
- Experience deploying models to production (APIs, CI/CD, MLOps)
- Understanding of scalability, performance, and cost considerations in production AI
