Role Overview
Leads the company's property systems training curriculum development and digital adoption program efforts. Oversees strategy, governance, design, development, and implementation of digital curriculum and WalkMe digital adoption solutions that drive software adoption, enhance team member performance and retention, and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishes annual goals and objectives for digital curriculum, WalkMe programs, and initiatives aligned with IT business plan and digital transformation strategy
- Monitors, researches, and incorporates emerging trends in online training, e-learning curriculum design, and digital adoption platforms; stays current with WalkMe releases and best practices
- Oversees program evaluation methods to measure learning outcomes, WalkMe effectiveness, performance impact, user adoption, and ROI through surveys, tests, analytics, and leadership reporting
- Reviews and updates existing curriculum materials and WalkMe solutions to reflect business practice changes, industry trends, and user needs
- Monitors end-user feedback, LMS requests, analytics data, and support tickets to identify adoption barriers and drive continuous optimization
- Manages Learning Management System (LMS) and WalkMe platform administration, including vendor communication and governance policy enforcement
- Facilitates selection of third-party training partners and vendors through research, demonstrations, pilots, and product evaluation
- Provides leadership and customer service by responding to curriculum and WalkMe solution requests, addressing helpdesk issues, and championing user-centric digital experiences
- Delivers custom reports and ad hoc analysis as needed
