Linux Administrator (DevOps team)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Linux Administrator to manage and maintain our Linux-based infrastructure. This role involves system administration, hardware configuration, virtualization, and performance monitoring to ensure high availability and security. You will work closely with IT and DevOps teams to optimize system operations and support business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve issues related to OS and virtualization operations
• Configure and troubleshoot hardware (RAID controllers, server configuration and issue resolution)
• Maintain and develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Interact with hosting providers
• Monitor and optimize system performance

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience
• Administration of Linux (Debian-based systems)
• Hardware administration (configuration and troubleshooting of RAID controllers, server configuration and troubleshooting)
• Virtualization experience (Proxmox, QEMU-KVM)
• Monitoring with Zabbix (usage, maintenance, development)
• Knowledge of Ansible and Bash
• Understanding of the network stack

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with Kubernetes
• Experience with Prometheus and Grafana
• Understanding of network load balancing principles and clustered systems
• Experience managing large server fleets
