About the role
Role Overview
As a Lead/Staff Product Manager for Financial Audit Agents, you will play a central role in building the industry's leading agentic financial audit platform. You'll work hand-in-hand with engineers and strategic customers to design, ship, and continuously improve intelligent agents that transform how top audit firms operate.
Key Responsibilities
- Build enterprise-grade AI agents that increase efficiency, quality, and practitioner experience across the audit lifecycle (planning, risk assessment, execution, reporting)
- Bring an AI-native mindset to solving long-standing industry challenges through interactive collaboration with audit practitioners at major firms
- Define and ship zero-to-one features; enhance and scale one-to-n features
- Shape the product roadmap in collaboration with engineering and product development teams
- Partner with cross-functional teams (customer success, sales, marketing) to gather feedback, communicate strategy, and drive adoption
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of product management experience with deep emphasis on AI/Agents
- 3+ years of Financial Audit experience as an Audit Practitioner and/or building Financial Audit products for the CPA market
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration
- Comfortable with ambiguity in launching new products
- Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience
