Role Overview
Join Dynatrace as a Lead Solutions Engineer providing technical expertise to support the sales team in the Public Sector in Italy. You will be a key technical resource bridging customer needs with product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Provide technical support to sales representatives and identify new and incremental sales opportunities within existing accounts
- Customer Engagement: Execute product demonstrations, manage proofs of concept (PoCs), and complete RFIs & RFPs
- Evangelism: Present Dynatrace's product offerings at international trade shows and key customer account meetings
- Technical Leadership: Lead technical solution evaluation portions of sales opportunities, participate in PoC creation, and conduct cloud architecture discussions
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong customer relationships across teams
