Role Overview
Lead Solutions Engineer responsible for providing technical expertise and support to the sales team in promoting Dynatrace's observability and APM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Evangelize Dynatrace product offerings at international trade shows and key customer account meetings
- Partner with sales representatives to identify new sales opportunities and incremental expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Participate in proof of concept (PoC) creation and cloud architecture discussions
- Lead technical solution evaluation portions in support of sales opportunities
- Execute product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers
- Manage POCs and build lasting customer relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in observability or application performance management (APM) technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong desire for professional growth
- Ability to work with sales teams and customers at all levels
