Lead Product Manager – Fiscalité

Role Overview

Lead Product Manager responsible for the tax declaration scope (fiscalité). You will drive product strategy, grow the associated product team, and maximize business and user impact. Work closely with the Chief Product Officer as a key strategic and execution leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product vision and strategy into a clear, prioritized roadmap for the tax declaration division
• Manage, mentor, and advance Product Managers within the division, supporting their discovery, delivery, and value-driven execution practices
• Define product direction ahead of launches and collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Manager on go-to-market strategies
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across the organization
• Communicate product vision and decisions to demanding stakeholders up to executive level

Required Experience

• Minimum 8 years of Product Management experience, ideally on complex B2B products
• Essential experience in accounting and/or tax domain, preferably at a software editor (SaaS)
• Strong understanding of tax declaration challenges (VAT, recurring obligations, regulatory compliance)
• First experience managing Product Managers or product leadership is a significant plus
