About the Role

Join Alpaca as a Lead Product Designer to shape the future of product design at a rapidly growing fintech company. You'll lead end-to-end design for complex web and mobile applications serving a diverse global user base of B2B and B2C customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design process: Lead complete design lifecycle from user research and discovery through pixel-perfect execution for complex applications
• Champion user needs: Deeply understand diverse user base (global B2B/B2C customers and internal teams) and advocate for their needs throughout product development
• Shape design processes: Support evolution of design processes and rituals, thoughtfully exploring and applying AI to improve collaboration, creativity, and efficiency
• Cross-functional collaboration: Proactively engage stakeholders and users through the design process to bring projects to life
• Execute proactively: Manage multiple product and feature initiatives

About You

• Experienced Lead Product Designer with proven track record in end-to-end product design
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Ability to lead design for both web and mobile applications
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience evolving design processes and applying emerging technologies like AI
