Lead Front End Software Engineer
Role Overview
As a Lead Front End Software Engineer, you are a leader by example and subject matter expert in modern front-end development. You will guide strategic technical direction for clients, design and deliver scalable, high-quality user experiences, and influence front-end architecture decisions. This role is heavily focused on Angular development with the ability to collaborate effectively with backend teams working in Java-based environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and thought leader in front-end architecture and development
- Lead front-end design decisions and recommend best practices for Angular-based applications
- Partner with backend teams to integrate with Java-based services and APIs
- Mentor, train, and upskill Callibrity peers and client team members
- Understand and align technical solutions to broader business goals
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactively identify challenges and recommend scalable, maintainable solutions
