Role Overview

Lead DevOps position for a security information and event management (SIEM) system provider. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal infrastructure and application performance, monitoring, incident response, and production deployment excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Guarantee infrastructure and application uptime through effective monitoring and rapid incident response
• Monitor and improve application, service, system, and infrastructure availability and performance
• Maintain systems through continuous updates and security patching
• Propose new technologies to enhance performance and solution deployment
• Provide product support to clients within SLA requirements
• Implement best practices and strategies to streamline production deployments
• Qualify technical evolution requests and changes
• Participate in updates and Reveelium solution installations
• Create and maintain documentation for processes, automation, infrastructure, resources, and services

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bac +3 to Bac +5 in IT or management
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar DevOps/production role
• Language: Professional English fluency required
• Technical Skills:
  • Linux systems and networking expertise
  • Docker and Ansible mastery
  • Production deployment processes and best practices
  • Monitoring and observability tools

Nice-to-Have

• Programming languages: Python 3, Bash
• Database systems: MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• Log ingestion: Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, ELK, Graylog
• Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Node-Exporter
