Role Overview

Lead Developer Expert in React with full responsibility for frontend technical direction, code quality, best practices, team leadership, and product contribution.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership: Be the React/frontend reference point and define the architecture
Code Quality & Standards: Define and enforce development standards, ensure security, performance, and code quality
Team Development: Support developers, upskill the team, clarify complex technical topics
Active Contribution: Actively participate in development and contribute to the product vision

Requirements

Significant hands-on experience with React (mandatory)
Minimum 7 years in a similar role (ideally 10+ years)
Bac +2 minimum education level
Strong attention to code quality and best practices (security, performance, coding standards)
Pragmatic technology choices based on project needs, not trends
Structured, organized, and autonomous
Fluent English (read, write, speak)

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with software editors or SaaS projects
Background in a startup environment
