Role Overview
Junior Product Manager (Digital Operations) to support digital product workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and drive the success of web-based products. This is a temporary/contract remote role.
Responsibilities
- Manage bi-weekly channel change process across .com properties and digital channels
- Organize and maintain large volumes of digital data and assets (500+ channels, artists, logos, package variations) using spreadsheets and a new CMS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges
- Assist in preparing for new product feature rollouts, ensuring operational readiness
- Identify areas for improvement in workflows and contribute to automation initiatives
- Create and maintain documentation for digital product processes and provide training to team members
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in digital product operations or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms (CMS, CRM, analytics)
- Strong spreadsheet skills and experience managing high-volume data
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Nice-to-Have
- Interest in music (helps identify data inconsistencies)
- Curiosity about automation or AI for future role development
- Background in data or asset management
- Comfort managing large datasets
