About the Role

Junior Fullstack Engineer to design and develop software systems for adolescent patients, families, and clinical staff. You'll build maintainable, scalable, and thoroughly tested systems while working closely with product and design teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop fullstack software systems
  • Build maintainable, scalable systems that are thoroughly tested, documented, and properly monitored
  • Work with product and design teams to clarify requirements and translate business needs into technology solutions
  • Research and leverage commercial products, libraries, and tools to meet business and technical requirements
  • Provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
  • Diagnose and fix production issues with support team
  • Deliver new features and code in regular iterations

Required Experience

  • 2+ years writing and maintaining production-ready fullstack applications
  • Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Svelte, Vue) and backend languages (Go, C#, Java, TypeScript)
  • Strong debugging skills and deep understanding of APIs and state management
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical information clearly
  • Ability to work effectively on engineering teams with structured code review feedback
  • Comfortable in fast-moving startup environment with tight deadlines
  • Adaptable and comfortable learning unfamiliar tools

Nice-to-Have

  • AWS experience
  • Experience with AI development tools
  • Healthcare technology background
