Role Overview

Junior Data Scientist & AI internship position (6-month contract) to contribute to Joinrs' AI initiatives and data-driven solutions. This is an entry-level opportunity with comprehensive on-the-job training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Machine Learning Implementation: Implement and test machine learning algorithms to develop intelligent solutions for business challenges, including Joinrs AI—an AI model that assists users in finding employment
• Data Analysis & Modeling: Participate in data analysis, develop predictive models, and generate meaningful insights to support business decisions
• Data Visualization: Create clear, informative data visualizations and interactive dashboards to communicate complex results to stakeholders, clients, and investors
• Business Process Optimization: Collaborate on identifying and optimizing business processes through data-driven solutions
• Innovation & Brainstorming: Participate in technological brainstorming sessions to explore new opportunities and innovative ideas in AI
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on latest trends and advancements in Data Science and AI through ongoing training programs
