About the role

Role Overview

JavaScript Developer for AI training and code evaluation work. This is a flexible, hourly contract position supporting AI model development through code review and quality assessment.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated JavaScript code for efficiency and ES6+ standards compliance
Develop high-quality JavaScript solutions across varying difficulty levels
Create human-readable explanations for code logic and problem-solving strategies
Identify and flag edge cases in AI-generated web and backend code

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical field (preferred)
Deep familiarity with core JavaScript concepts (async/await, closures, DOM manipulation)
3-5 years of experience with modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Vue)

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training projects

Work Arrangement

Remote position
Flexible commitment: 10-40 hours/week
