iOS Engineer

Role Overview

Design and develop high-performance native iOS applications for field operations. Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering) to build robust, scalable, and user-friendly mobile solutions. Take ownership of the app lifecycle from architecture and feature development to debugging and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C
• Collaborate with product and design teams to implement features aligned with user needs and business goals
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance, memory, and stability issues
• Contribute to engineering best practices, tooling, and processes to improve code quality and maintainability
• Stay current with latest iOS technologies, frameworks, and platform features
• Mentor and guide team members to support collaborative and high-performing engineering culture

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience working on production iOS applications
• Strong proficiency in Swift
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles
• Skilled at debugging complex issues, including memory and performance optimization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Objective-C
• Experience with CoreData, MVVM design patterns, and XCTest or similar testing frameworks
